petitioning

How do I do a petition?  I did the /petition while in game.  Went to a list of help topics that had nothing to do with my petition.  I tried 5 times to submit a question and it failed each time saying I didn't have all the required fields full (which I did).  Really annoying.

Hmm well.../petition is what you do...but i think more fields appear as you select stuff...i havent filed a petition in awhile so i wouldnt remember i guess haha

<p>Unfortunately the petition process is a pain in the but. </p><p>But, I can understand why it is done this way because it does permit ( theoretically) routing  of your petition to the person most knowlegable (sometimes I wonder though) on the subject.</p><p>You just have to go trough carefully and excamine the options and make sure the window of the window of the window of the window of the popup is checked :=))</p><p>J.C.</p>

I had that same experience when I petitioned customer support a few weeks ago- where it said I did not fill in all the required fields. It said I didn't input my email address, but I looked thoroughly and there wasn't any 'field' I could write my email address in. (bug!!)So what I did was highlight my petition text and copied it with control+c, closed the window completely and /petition again to open a brand new petition window. Then- I filled the form as quickly as possible and hit submit and it got it. I think there is a timer, and if you take too long to type your question the timer runs out and that "missing valid fields" error message appears. Try a few more times, try to write it as quick as you can, control+v to paste your question, and submit. It worked for me.I hope this works for you, good luck.

And I do not just mean as a stiky. Somewhere  in BOLD at the main field of the forums to make sure it is seen</p><p> Because I do see that many of the problems that are discussed within the forums could be solved very easy by following it....</p><p>J.C.</p>
