Guild Chat weirdness

Guild chat has been acting weird lately here's the rundown:I can see guildies in-game talking.I can see guildies from web chat talking.Guildies in-game can't see guildies from web chat talking.Guildies in web chat can talk to each other freely.I can talk to people in-game through tells.This is just recent behavior.

Just following up that apparently the server downtime this morning repaired whatever issue it was that created this.
