<p>I don't recall the exact name but it's a Tier 7 (level 66 i think) Legendary 2h piercing weapon.</p><p>I bought one for my Mystic the other day.</p>

Might be the fabled spine from the end guy in Deathtoll. Or the Ravasect Scythe... come to think of it... alot of T7+ weapons use that graphic now.

It's called Tarinax's Spine and yes it is from Tarinax in Deathtoll.  I used to have it but Bertoxx ate it cuz that's how he rolls.

It is a level 45 (ish) to 50! I bought one for my guardian and was using it before level 50.

<p><span style="color: #ffff33;">There are quite a few weapons that use that graphic. Judging by the armor on the guy wearing it, that might be a low level version. Next time you see someone , right click on them and select Inspect. Should tell you exactly what he has.</span></p>

<p>The level 45 version is a 2H spear called "Kitamer's Canine" and is more blue-ish than that, so I'd guess that in that pic it's Tarinax's Spine.</p><p>My Defiler carries the one that drops off Kitamer in Permafrost -- It's a little low for her anymore, but has some nice +spell boosts and looks nice for a defiler, imo:</p><p><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1436/1416607146_4c9a610600_o.jpg" alt="" width="352" height="752" border="0" /></p>

<p>There are quite a few weapons with that graphic. That looks like the one from DoF (forget the name)....another one is from Blackscale Sepulchre (Scythe with that graphic). The Tainax one has globules of disease on the blades (in my Sig).</p>
