EQ2 still down?

<p>Is Eq2 still down? i tired to log into splitpaw server and is more then 7hrs. Everytime i log into the character page it said the server is still down.Is there an on line chat like the EQ1 so we can know what is going on?thanks</p><p>evena</p>
