I am a long-time player of EQ and EQ2 games. I began using the EQ2players page the second i found out about it. I've paid extra every month to use all the "services" that EQ2players offers since I enjoy looking at the technical aspects of the game, and checking out stats, gear information, rankings etc. Earlier this month, I logged in and went to check my rankings on a couple things and was greeted by the lovely troll telling me "You must have a subscription to EverQuest II Station Players Advanced Character Profiles to access this page." and "Upgrade now. Click here.".What the heck? I read a few posts here and saw that others were having similar issues so I assumed there was a glitch and that SOE would get it figured out and I'd have my access back in a few days.It's been almost a full month since I first discovered this problem now and the situation hasn't changed. I've even clicked on the goblin's wonderful sign to see if something had changed with my account billing somehow (unlikely that *I* changed anything, as I have been trying to play from Iraq here, to make my mandated time in the desert less of a pain, but I digress...) to find that the window that pops open shows that I have <i>every single item on that page checked off as having purchased and activated!</i> Scanning the page, there is no "EverQuest II Station Players Advanced Character Profiles" choice to purchase or opt out of.I thought, "Ok. It must be a selection on the next page or something." So i clicked "continue" at the bottom of the page, and got a window with the following:<h1>Empty Cart Error</h1> <div > There is nothing in your Cart.Well no crap. I haven't found anything more I could possibly buy yet.Just TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO to get my info back. It doesn't break the game or anything like that for me. (I'm not THAT attached.) But I do believe in receiving a service that you've been paying for. Since I haven't changed my account (since adding the most recent expansion last year), I should still have these services. If it's a glitch, fine. Let me know that. I understand that things break from time to time.Bottom line: I want that service back. Please tell me how to get it. The "upgrade now" referral on the page does nothing to assist people to get things running again.Thanks.~Hawke </div>
