Issue with Coerce/charm spell since ROK. Anyone else?

I have a low 20's coercer that I've recently started playing again for the first time since RoK release. When I have anything (and yes, I've been trying it on every mob I come accross) targeted and push my Coerce spell button, it does absolutely nothing. It doesn't try to cast and no message in chat window. I've taken the ability off of my hotkey bar and pulled it fresh from the knowledge book, as well as moved it to each of my bars and tried it to try to get something. Basically, solo, without being able to charm, I'm basically a wizard or warlock without any of the large damage spells. I've been asking in Lucan D'Lere coercer channel with no real answer. Any help you can give on what might have changed that is causing this, would be helpful. The class is extremely rough to try to solo with without a pet.

Never heard of that. I take it that it is a command promp to use the spell Coerce, so I'd then have to change it with each new version of the spell?**just tried it and it doesn't work anyways**

Yeah, stands for /useabilityHave you tried casting it by clicking the icon in your knowledge book?

Out of curiosity, you did have at least 3 concentrations slots free before you attempted to charm the mob, right? Otherwise you'll just get an error in your chat stating "not enough concentration" or something to that effect. You may need to drop a buff.

When I tried the above tip, I tried /usea and I tried /useability both to the same affect...nothing.I have also tried casting from the knowledge book, I've tried pulling fresh icon from knowledge book into all of my hotbars. I've danced a jig and also riverdanced in an attempt to get this to work...lol.I've now done a bug report. Not sure what else I can do with this.

Hmmm...that might be the problem....I'll have to look. It's been since before RoK that I've played this class, so that's easy to forget...lol. I'll try it now and see if it works.....Now to decide what to drop.OK...I'm the fool....too used to my melee classes...hehe. Thanks. I thought there might be something I was missing, but nothing jumped out at me.

Hehe, that happens to me a lot.  "D'oh!  Forgot I had agro redux my self".Don't feel too dumb.   Or, if you must feel really dumb, don't feel lonely 'cause lots of us have/still do that.  )
