View Full Version : cant use transfer service, no response from emails, cant access chat support

<p>HI</p><p>I opened a new account so that I could transfer one of my characters to it and have a go at a new 2-box combination.</p><p>I created the account, made a nice little lvl 1 char on it to test, all fine.</p><p>Tried to transfer my char over and it would fail on account validation every time.</p><p>When I looked at my new account details, the name had been registered as </p><p>FIRST NAME= MR           SECOND NAME= JOHN SMITH                (not my real name, but you get the point <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />)</p><p> I know that the registered name son the account have to match to allow a transfer so i sent emails to the cust-services from both accopunts regarding the problem. No response yet.</p><p>As I have no-work this week, i was really hoping to get this all done and start playing the 2-chars together (and of course being charged subs for the so-far unused 2nd account)</p><p>I have tried to access the live chat system, but get a lot of internet error pages, and when I do get to enter my question, as soon as i hit 'submit' I get an empty windows alert box, click 'OK; on that, and get re-directed to the email support page.</p><p>Anyone know what causes this? is it a problem at my end (doubtfull, i've managed to find a cpl of old posts reporting the same problem, but no solutions), or is chat support down/broken?</p>

Have you logged into both accounts and verfied that both have the EXACT billing info?

Thier normal hours are mon-fri 10 AM to 7 PM Pacific. Adjust to match your time zone
