spell casting haste equipment

I am not a raiding wizard, with that said, i would like to try and sacrifice any other stat i can for more spell casting haste, not as worried about reuse haste, just casting haste.  Wondering if I could get some good suggestions on where to find the highest spell haste equipment through quests and instances, currently lvl 75 wiz almost done questing in fens.  It doesnt matter if its lvl 80 equipment, as i should be there soon, looking for non raiding, end game pieces with the best spell casting haste.  Thank you in advance<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<p>3 pieces of the blistering strand ROK 77 legendary 5% faster casting (all spell types it seems)</p><p>hood of arcane vigor 1% faster casting hostile</p><p>I think there's an odd earring etc. that gives some 1% better as well I saw on the broker but passed on for silence and stuns.</p>

Fish emboiled gloves in Jungel give 1% haste easy quest from fisher village by outer Seb., symbol of the eaten from the named shark in JW give 2% haste, there is a hat from a name deep in Sebilis that gives 5% haste, Robe of Pure aderniline gives 10% haste from Shard fo Fear.
