Bruiser headband?

After you get it, talk to him again for the skullcap+bandanna look.

Another red bandana canbe bought off the broker. Headwrap of Rage. It's a level 67 piece and is actually not bad stats either. It drops in a KoS instance, the one where a lot of head gear drops. Forget the name of it though. Just easier to buy it off the broker =D
