Master 2 Choice Absolution

<p>My lock recently hit 75 and I took a look at the m2 choices.  Now I took the absolution line as a lvl 64 M2 choice, and its an option again at 75.  But what I found was that it had the same exact damage range as the lvl 64 version. </p><p>Is it just me, or does anyone else see this?</p>

<p>I dont think that is right, but I cant help you now as I changed my M2 to Acid asI found myself very rarely casting Absolution.</p>

<p>I see a different damage range on my warlock.  I, too, picked Absolution at 64 and am definitely leading toward it again at 75.</p><p>This is probably subject to change because I'm only level 73 and upgrading my gear as I quest and xp along.</p><p>64 = 2194-3964</p><p>75 = 2692-4894</p>

Absolution for me, in the average group, hits between 6 and 8k at M2 and level 78.  With forced crit and Freehanding it goes up to around ~12k -- albeit rarely and usually only in raid scenarios.  It usually hits higher than Upheaval on a mob-by-mob basis.However, I don't think that it is necessarily a better choice than Acid, which will be used far more often in RoK, because RoK is very much focused on single-target battles, with the exception of VoES (the "warlock zone" in RoK.)
