Channel with aa and Reuse buff

<p>HiI saw something annoying yesterday.First things first:I' m a 80 Coercer with 5 AA points into Channel reuse now 10min reuse instead of 15min.I wanted the fasted poss reuse of channel in a big fight so i asked quick for alacitry from then Defiler for 33% faster reuse and JC form the trouba.So i had 83% reuse buffed and my UI told me that too, i saw both buffs inc one after coz reuse went from 0% -> 33% -> 83%.I got both buffs with in 4 secs, then i waited 2 secs to check UI for it too, then i casted Channel and after cast i still had the use for sveral seconds on me, but Channel said i can reuse it in 8min o_O.</p><p>As far as i remeber, when i got hit by JC Reuse droppet from 10min to 5min .. now it doesn't anymore? new cap out there somewhere? or is it coz of the T6 spell instead of the T8 one?</p>
