Quest "Direect Reports!"

<p>Just wanted to see if they have fixed this on anyother of the pvp servers.  They still have not fixed this on the Vox server.</p><p>The step that we cannot get an update for is collecting reports from Kilriss Zessch, who is in the bank.  Well Kilriss is not in the back or outside the bank (and there is no paper to harvest for this update either for those servers that they did fix this problem with that harvestable paper).</p><p>Im on my second toon and this is one of the few quests that I have left to do for the RoK Expansion.  I was lucky enough to get a GM in game and update me on my name so I could turn the quest in.  He said that they were goin to fix this immediately and that was a month ago on the 17th.  So I sent a petition in 2 days ago to get this issue taken care of and guess what...  no response yet as to say they are looking into the problem.</p><p>I know that Vox is like the black sheep of the server communities and we get little support.  Prime example of this would be the station exchange was broke for how long and they say that i was never broken till 3 months after the fact.  And now they are saying that D.C. is not in the U.S. so you cant use the station Exchange and will treat you like you live in Perto Rico????  Come on SOE get that tech support off its butt and get them on these problems!</p>

This step is now fixed on Venekor (not sure when exactly as this is the 1st time I've checked for about a week) but now the next step is broken and I can't hand the quest in to Somers!!!!!!!!!

<p>The issue with this was that Kilriss Zesch was also the banker, so she was removed from the PvP servers by the code that removes bankers unless they are in specific flagged cities. So I placed a new character in Danak who is now the banker and Kilriss Zesch should now be back to speak to as of GU 42.</p><p>After Gu 42 I would suggest that anyone stuck on this deletes the quest and starts it again fresh. I have not heard of any other issues with this quest to date, and only this issue on the PvP servers.</p>

I have not heard of any other issues with this quest to date, and only this issue on the PvP servers.</p></blockquote><p>The issue (on Nagafen) with Kilriss was fixed awhile ago, it may have broken again but it did work at one point.  As stated by the 2nd poster in this thread, the issue now (on Nagafen) is the next mob Somers... just like the language quest mobs (black and green books), he has a book over his head, he shows up on the map with a nice orange circle, but he won't respond in any useful way when you hail him.</p><p> Since you didn't address this in your reply to the first two posts, I thought I'd bring it up again.</p><p>Tio - 80 zerker - Nagafen.  99.99% done with quests in Jarsath Wastes, except for this one that I've had forever.</p>
