So I've been locking xp and am now about to ding 20, did the DLW quests and still working on the TD ones, was just wondering where else is good to pick up some solo quests around the 20 range that I can travel to also to maximize AA from quests? Any good timelines for SK through early to mid 20s? Thanks! <img src="http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/images/smilies/e8a506dc4ad763aca51bec4ca7dc8560.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" width="15" height="15" />

The main 20+ zones are Thundering Steppes, Nektulos Forest and Butcherblock Mountains. If you are locking, you might also want to go to Commonlands/Greater Faydark/Antonica and do any quests that haven't greyed out yet.

probably the best solo timeline in teh game for low levels right now is the questline for gorowyn that takes place in BBM. it starts with the scout up on the hill near gorowyn beach griff tower. and it doesnt end till bout lvl 32 and yields a very nice legendary charm that i used form 32 till about 60.

great thanks i will do that! i have the quest on me now, just did the glove portion of FP armor quest for the looks, i hear it's quite nice. just went back to TD to finish up the few last quests i have there then i guess ill head to BB and do what i can untill they turn yellow for me then not sure since im locking xp ill probably have to go several places every few levels. i guess thundering steps?

One starts with a freeport militia guy near the commonlands zone, and the other starts with some dark elfs on the beach.

Is it the one from the Sarnak who has you collecting arrow parts?

its the one that you are told to work for all teh dwarves of the irontoe brigade to earn their trust. thinking back im not sire if you have to do the scout in TD first or not. but I know that one of the Sarnaks near the griffon to TD in BBM will tell you to go talk to the emissary at the dock and she in turn send you to the dwarves

Ahh those ones - I've done a few, but don't they get quite heroic, with waves and waves of mobs at the later stages? Is it something that could be solo'd or duo'd?

as far as i remember only the very last quest is actually heroic,, the one with 3 waves of heroics then a named with 4 adds, I was able to solo that one but it was very difficult and I was running full masters on my lowbie SK. is easily completed with jsut adding a healer though so isnt too tough. basically on the first wave I jsut went in popped blessing and pet on one mob then killed em all. ran back into the fort a bit so as not to pre-maturely agro the next wave let hp/power regen up killed 2nd wave same way(dont take too long regening cause it will reset if you wait to long) then regened up. and on the last wave I hit the named with snare and ht'd the one healer mob then killed it, popped blessing and pet on second healer mob and killed it. recasted snare on named, ran the other adds away a bit killed them, at that point i was at about 45% power and still in the green on hp cause of blessing. i re-applied snare and used all ranged dps till snare broke recast blessing casted pet, and got him down to 20% hp re-apply snare backed out a bit lifetapped up a little then went back in for the kill. ALL of it done in offensive btw to maximize landing spells and auto-attacks. Is a very tough fight and i had to reset it twice before it all worked but it is doable solo. but like I said grab 1 healer and is easy to duo.

Excellent, thanks for the info - sounds like my SK/Fury duo won't have a problem, by the time we've leveled up enough.
