Being that my Warlock is a Dark Elf I went with Innoruuk <sp?> for the lore aspect. Not a bad choice imo, Diety pet gives +12 Int and Str.

Since I'm a good aligned warlock (what can I say I'm a Gnome and the thought of an evil Gnome makes be cringe) I went with SolRo.I am still toying with becoming an exile so I can pick Bertox though

from what I understand Karana and Tribunal are both neutral god despite what the eq1 lore says about Karana so...is Bertox evil only or what? would seem odd for there to be two good gods and one evil in RoK

<p>I originally went with Inny for the pet boosting my carry weight and int.  Plus the cloak was nice enough on raids to help my power stay up.</p><p>Once RoK came out, I *RAN* to Bertoxxulous, though.</p>

since i am an evil Warlock ich switched form SolRo to Bertoxx.Pet got same int, and dmg miracles fit better for a warlock then SolRo's.The 12,5% for 10 minutes and 50% for 1 min dmg boost is just a fine thing for raiding warlocks.You just power up your dps without getting aggro from a high (FHS, Crit) SolRo Nuke (usually you get an dmg peak wich will instant kill you <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />.

Oh, good.. then my chose was, from a technical point of view, right from what I can read here - tho it depends much on personal taste me thinks... the disadvantages/advantages are rather balanced as it seems.However - hit my Lvl55 yesterday and will continue this great quest line today (when Splitpaw get up again from its maintanence sleep)
