That's entirely dependent on what city you live in.If you live in Freeport, there is a lady in a side room not far from the docks in Longshadow Alley that will start you on your way. There are others but she's pretty much the starter.If you live in Qeynos there is a grumpy Gnome who hangs out with the Fence in Qeynos Harbor (gotta get down in the canal to find the opening to the cave where the Fence hangs out) that begins your trek to the dark side.If you live in Neriak, disrupt two Dark Elves from capturing a child in the New Foreign Quarter then head to the Spires of Innoruuk and speak with a man there about getting out.If you live in Kelethin there is a Fae fluttering around on the same platform as the caster's guild who wants your help getting back at the Fae and giving them what they deserve.If you live in Gorowyn, you're outa luck and need to speak with the Freeport Emissary in order to make the move to FP and then do the FP betrayal.Hope that helps.
