Which deity for a Defiler?

Hey all. I'm new to EQ2 so I thought I'd get some advice before I go making a pretty big decision like deity choice. I checked out the deity guide on Tentonhammer (http://www.eq2.tentonhammer.com/index.php?module=ContentExpress&func=display&ceid=1009&meid=) and Karana, Innoruuk, Brell Serillis, and Bertoxxulous all look good to me miracle-wise. I don't have much game experience though so what sounds great to me might actually have very limited use. I really am not sure which is the right deity so any input you guys have would be great.Thanks in advance!

<p>None of them are ideal.  Inny is probably best for a healing defiler.</p><p>If you want an extra punch, i would go with Sol Ro rather than with Bert.  Bert buffs your own damage, but your own damage sux.  Sol Ro gives you a giant nuke.   Should be great for killing that one annoying mob that you can't solo or helping burn a mob on a raid.  </p><p>The issue with Bert's damage buffers is that they effect the BASE value of your spells, and their base value sucks.  </p>

<p>Personally I like Karana.  You have access to nice power regens and heal crit buffs, as well as crowd control immunity.</p><p>Granted, I'm a raider.  I don't know how useful these would be while lvling, but they serve very well for endgame content.</p>

You can only use one blessing and one miracle per hour.  That means there really only needs to be one of each that is useful to you.
