<p>I have a tome in the secondary slot - does this mean brainstorm is not activated?</p><p>If I do not have staff and I have a power regen tome does it mean I have to unequip the tome for brainstorm to work.</p><p>Can someone clarify for me how this works.</p><p>Any suggestions besides getting a staff. </p><p>Thanks.</p>

The OLD requirement for that line was to have an empty secondary slot.Now it does not matter.
