all my old toons are missing

Hi,I came back to EQ2 yesterday, but all my old characters are missing, checked if they were on English US and on English UK but no luck, they used to be on runnyeye. checked EQ2 players and they are still listed there.I've had this problem before and found the reason was a file i had to delete. Can anyone remember which file?.RegardsDrizard.

<p>you need to be loading in as english EU not US as Runnyeye and Splitpaw are listed under this filter.</p><p>Are you actually logging into the game? or only looking on the character select dropdown on the launcher? the dropdown only updates each time you have visited the in game character select screen, so will remain empty until that has been done.</p>

already checked the English EU, also i went directly to the Runnyeye server only toons there are the new 1's i just created. might try the CSR see if they can help.
