RoK Armor Slots Question

<p>Based upon LootDB, Xanadu, and several other sites, I've come up with my #1 choices for each slot except for Primary, Ranged, secondary Earring slot, and waist. Most raiding wizards still have Staff of Light, but not counting EoF, what is the best item for each slot using RoK gear? </p><p> Currently I'm using Enchanted Sabertooth Talon for Primary</p><p>Shrunken Head for ranged</p><p>Quickvisioned Hoop for secondary Earring</p><p>and Dark Bargainers Sash for waist</p><p> Has to be something better for each slot found in raid zones of RoK</p>

<p>the two handed staff gained from the quest "Anphelaxis" is awesome, and for ranged the preator's guard in VOeS.</p><p>for earings i really like the force hoop. the -10 to focus sucks for soloing, but the +125 spell damage an 38 int is good for groups and raids.</p><p> As far as the waist, the dark bargainers sash it what i raid in and I havn't found anything better...yet</p>

now, are you sure that elemental debuff from the belt stacks?
