My subjugation is lagging behind.

Used to be a trick to get skillups  from fizzles whiel preventing Spirits from fully casting by running.   But no fizzles any more.    So how do you skill up subjugation?Spirits 4min38sec recastLunar Attendant 46sec recast.are those the only ones?  I really don't want my one and only deagro to start getting resisted.

Is it an issue? I don't think I've ever seen it getting resisted.
