What Skills Dont Upgrade

Looking for some help.  Ive looked through this forum and also eq2 flames, cant find a list of the skills that dont upgrade between 70 and 80.  Can someone help me out.Thanks

<p>Going from memory, so I might need to edit this when I get home (I betrayed a couple of weeks back)</p><ul><li>Rescue </li><li>Intercede</li><li>Amends</li><li>Sigil</li><li>Level 58 idiotic don't die but get stiffled/dazed instead spell (Didn't bother making anyway)</li><li>Level 60 dodge buff (whatever its called)</li></ul><p>Thats it as far as I know.  All other spells got an upgrade between 71-80.</p><p>Keep an eye though on spells where you are upgrading a T7 master with a T8 adeptIII, as there are cases (not sure of paladins but definetly some other classes), where they aren't upgrades, especially if you have armour bonuses for them.</p>
