Very Very Very SLOW Patcher

i recently installed EQ2 and finally got the patcher to work with vista.  I left my computer on overnight for at least 12 hours and when i woke up the patcher is reading another 15 HOURS?!! is this normal?

<span class="postbody">You are having a security problem.  Something in Vista is not giving full permission to the program to access your computer.  This is what you need to do.Here's a solution that worked for me:Right click on the EQ2 shortcut.  Choose properties.Go to the security tab.Five Full Control permission to the user that is using the system right now.  It says something like <name> (<name> - PC / <name> ) .  Choose to give this full control.Click OK.Now you have given this program full permission to access the internet and to patch files as needed.</span>
