<p>Having recently been in exile, I was rather surprised when I saw what all is in Haven and I myself was tempted to stay in exile. I know of a few people who have chosen to remain "in limbo" so to speak. Just remember that you will not be able to go into either Freeoprt OR Qeynos, so there will be no city writs and no perks such as the special housing or status items.</p>

You can faction for one side or the other so you can at least go into that city, but you'll never be able to live there. Your broker charge for EVERYONE will always be 40% (20% with the vet display case) and the only way you will ever have a home to get more broker slots or place display cases will be to live in Maj'Dul. Costs in Haven are also inflated from vendors. You get crappier buy back and the cost of fuel is about doubled.So if none of that bothers you, you can surely stay in Haven and remain in Exile.
