When you mention AOE you need to clarify what you're asking. There are two types of AOE that always seemed to get lumped together even though they are different. Blue AOE spells hit a maximum number of any targets within a certain radiusGreen AOE spells hit a maximum number of targets in the targeted encounter within a certain radiusSome Yellow AOE buffs function like Blue (Berserker's Destruction), others like Green (Conjuror's Elemental Unity). My class for example, people like to call Conjuror the more AOE powered Summoner and a lot of people think that means we just hit anything, when we're actually heavy on the Green AOE's with only a single Blue. Where as a Paladin for example has 6-7 Blue AOE's and only a single Green.

Paladins have lots of nice area based AOE so they arent as nerfed as Warlocks after the design rethink lately. My Troubadour has a couple but I use every CA I can to avoid melee since I usually get smashed to bits toe-to-toe, especially in RoK where mobs hit much harder than their level suggests.

Warlocks are probably the single most obvious multi-mobbers. I feel sorry that this weird design rethink has made 75% of their CA's useless . Unfair to them.

Warlocks are about 50/50 Red (single taret) icons to Green icons (linked targets), and we get 4 Blue (all targets) icons by level 80. We also have some damage shields and melee buffs that affect multi mobs. That being said take a look at the other thread above about linked encounters.

Shadow Knights are another AOE class. They have 4 to 5 (depending on AA choices) unlocked AOEs.
