Was soulrot nerfed?

   I use Soulrot as a guide for min/maxing with spell dmg gear and crit gear etc. And I could have SWORN it maxed out at arround 720ish for it's initial hit. Log in today and it's maxing out at like 316. Was it nerfed? Anyone else seeing the same decline in max dmg for the initial hit?

+spell damage is really screwed up. it sometimes does not display at all or only half, ect. it needs to be fixed...
