Spell Line Up

I've just recently returned to Norrath after an extended time away, I have a level 44 Necro and I can't remember what my spell line up used to be for PvE combat, self buff and pet buffs. So I was wondering if anyone could help me out and tell what I should and shouldn't be using to help me get back in to the swing of things. Any help is greatly appreciated.
