Qeynos writs in Kunark

Are there any high level writs for Qeynos people for Kunark?  I reached lvl 79 and I'm still getting writs for lvl 76/77 in the Kunzar Jungle as the higher ones and nothing for the Jarsath Wastes.  Is there different level plateus for new writs depending on which of the 4 cities you are aligned with? Thanks.

You will get another set of writs, for Jarsath Wastes this time, when you reach level 80.

That's disappointing. I was hoping they would continue to release one new writ per faction per level, just as they had done for levels 70-75.
