Necro L70 Archlich; which rare?

I just checked my recipe book, it takes an acrylia cluster.The confusion probably lies in that some 70 spells take T8 rares, some take T7 rares.  Nothing like consistency  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
