sorry if this has been discussed recently found some old posts but no new ones.

i have started to lvl my coercer again and was wondering which deity to go with.

i was thinking karana but some of the others seem ok as there is not a spacific one for coercers like there is for my necro.

Lotsa arguments on this one, more about playstyle than anything else.

Tribunal gives a cloak that's really good for non-raid situations, especially if you're a melee caster.

I personally use Sol Ro for incinerate with volatile magic going. Top hit in a raid has been 52k. I don't use any of the other miracles or blessings.

With my Illusionist I did Sol Ro and Quellious... working on Mith Marr for my pally...My coercer is going Innoruuk, and let me tell you, the Inoruuk line of quests is one of the coolest line in the game. I am not even talking about the rewards (+str and +int pet... good for an arasai coercer like me ) but the quests themselves. Watching them play out is not only rewarding but thoroughly entertaining. I'd recommend that any evil toon do the Inoruuk line just for the story alone, even if you don't want the pet or the cloak. Very, very cool.

I switched from Cazic Thule, which I felt was the best from a roleplay perspective, to Bertoxxulous for the blessings/miracles. The first blessing is +12.5% damage for 10 minutes. The fourth miracle is +50% damage for 1 minute. The last quest in the series was also real fun.I don't think we will have a deity that is well-aligned with coercers unless they ever decide to include Terris Thule. She's the daughter of Cazic Thule, and is the goddess of nightmares.

I had Cazic-thule for a bit( Talk about interesting quest lines, kill this person, leave a dead goat on this persons porch). seemed useless to me, it gave me blessings and miracles that were no different than the abilities my coercer gets just for being a coercer, Innoruk I can see. That one is decent but right now Im Ro alined. Seems as though the + damage miracles are the best for us just because... well.... nothing else is better? Really no good choices for a Coercer tbh.

I had the same thinking with Cazic. It seemed great RP wise, but not a lot of functional benefit. Berty seemed a good choice to me, but I thought the buffs were specific to disease based spells so I passed on that. In the end I decided to go with Inny. My little 'Tonga is more mischievous than hateful, but she'll make the best of it, I'm sure.

Inny's 10 minute power miracle is amazing. It's impossible to run out of power when it's up, and you won't ever go under 95% unless drained, and then you just start casting to get it up.

I chose Inny too. I love the little imps when they're out in force ! (and the mummy is just so cool!)
