So how do I get adept 3 recipes?

I am new to the game. Where do I get Adept 3 recipes? Thanks in advance for any help.

If you're an Alchemist, Sage, or Jeweler, you get the recipe to make them from the advanced books (Advanced Sage, etc) past level 19. If you're not one of those tradeskillers, you'll have to buy them on the broker from someone who makes them

All advanced <crafter> level xy books are dropped (not only for scholars). Some can be even bought or quested. Check the broker.
