Betraying faction question

Just started the game again, and I did a search but a lot of the information sounded old so I wanted some confirmation.If I am an Asarai and I betray from Neriak -> qeynos or kelethin, do I need to raise faction individually with each of those cities in order to be able to walk around / get the faction rewards for pvp in each, or do I gain faction with both when I become a citizen of one.So if I go from Neriak -> kelethin, can I still get qeynos pvp faction rewards / walk around in qeynosIf I go from Neriak -> Qeynos, can I still go to kelethin and quest safely, etc...Thanks for the information.

<span style="color: #00ccff;">Once you successfully betray you will be able to safely quest in all the "good" cities and build faction. You do not need to gain the trust of Kalethin then Queynos you will have both.</span>
