Waking from the terrible force that had just occurred Gonron the barbarian seen a feignt glow in the distance. He rose to find himself in unfamiliar terrirtory what had put him here. His powerful strides made it closer and closer to this glow. Upon arriving he found the glow to be a being of Erudin descent but strangely beautiful. He grabbed the young lady and found a cave nearby. Through the following weeks he nursed the badly injured Erudite to health guided only by his curiousity to her strange beauty. Once she became well she became smitten with her rescuer. On the following months through his brute strength and her rememberance of her arcane teachings they lived well out in the wilderness. They even bared two children Zalan and Magdalan. The children were not like any others before. These children had the strength of a barbarian but the knowledge of an erudite. Zalan could call the powers of the elements and used it to create thunderous hits on his prey when hunting for the family. Magdalan however was much more subtle. She could distract beasts with her charm and even stun them in mid fight. A psionic with the power of a warrior. She had a way to get her way with people. Zalan with the powers of earth and thunder could cause massive damage to those nearby.

It wasn't long before the two decided to move out and adventure into the lands of norrath. It would be interesting what their fates would hold.

Just a thought for 2 new classes one could be evil and one good......./discuss

You don't get Gods when you mix all races of norrath, look at half elves, they don't have the strength and stamiona of humans or barbarians, not the wisdom, the reachable age, intelligence(compared with high and dark elves) of elves(or erduites), not the agility of wood elves, they are far from beeing superior and best of all, or sarnak, sure they are a powerful race but a joke when compared to the power of a dragon although they are a mix.

Regarding the classes.. a coercerer and a fury/elementalist both with melee abilities?

Too bad this will never happen. Combining two archetypes to create new classes would never work. For starters, what archetype would they fall into in the end? How would they be completely unique, and not just a rehash of another class that is already more effective in what you suggest?

Yeah, Classes are unique for the most part, and aren't the combination of 2
