<p><span style="color: #0066ff;">Yet again eq2players is charging me for their service but saying I don't have it. When are they going to fix this issue. I wonder if they even know it's broke.</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff;">I have advanced character profiles, but when i try to look up a alt it says i need advanced character profiles. I have been subribed to that since i cant remember how long and it shows up in my account billing.</span></p><p><span style="color: #0066ff;">Anyone else have problems with getting billed but not getting the service? I use this often and this is the second time this has happened to me in 2 months.</span></p>

Yeah. It won't let me use the item database, either. I've been subscribed to that feature for years.

Well I'm  having the same problem, wasted 30 min on 'chat support' with a person who didn't have a clue.Basically what happened to me is they dropped the 2.99 bonus from my bill last month for no reason.  Problem is I can't re add it as everything already show's as subscribed and his answer was that I had to wait a month and I'd be billed for it then and it would be turned on.When I explained to him that my February bill amount doesn't show the 2.99 he just kept repeating the same thing.  I think the concepts in english were too complicated, he or she even typed in broken english, he or she really just wasn't getting it.  Luckily I don't pay for Long Distance so I'm on hold with San Diego right now.  I'll let you know how it turns out.Finally got threw to a person and it turns out that:1) there was a billing errorand2) I'm kind of an idiot sometimes1) They have no idea why some peoples accounts dropped the 2.99 advanced access option, so if your bill was 3 bucks cheaper last month I'd check that.2) on the EQ2players add on screen below all the expansions etc you have to scroll down in the sub window to see the 2.99 add on.  It was the only thing unchecked. Checked it, paid my 2.39 and I have everything back again.Hope this helps someone

<p>I got the $3.10  refunded to me credit card last month</p><p>I see that it is NOT part of my account now and I tried to add it and noticed it is now a few cents cheaper</p><p>but the update is rejected to my normal monthly billing card- NO problem tell now and I have not changes anthing since beta eq2</p>

<p>I logged a ticket for this same problem on Jan 6th.  As of now, they still have not responded <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Same deal as mentioned below; Sony said they would not charge us for one month of service, there is no debit for the $2.99 on my charge card for this month and voila, no service either.</p>

Was down for over a month in November and most of December last year. After trying for a month, finally got my problem (paying for advanced features but no access) escalated to 2nd level support. Within a week a TSR fixed the problem and my access was good for about a week. Then same story all over again. Bit the bullet and logged into an online chat session.... got another level 1 tech who said the problem would be sent to lvl 2. That was a week ago and no updates from SOE. To make matters worse, I can't get into the web page where my open tickets are located. SOE sends me off to a email validation screen and then to nowhere land. Meanwhile SOE is merrily billing my credit card and documenting the billing.  So far there has been no offer of any credit for services not received just unfulfilled promises that "the problem will be fixed promptly and permanently this time".  If I didn't like the high quality of graphics and general game environment of EQ II I would have bailed long ago. After investing over four years in SOE one wonders why they don't reciprocate and provide the service we are paying for.
