In looking at the quest rewards for An Ugly Bounty quest it looks as though a mistake was made in assigning stats for the reward items. The Bracelet of Thuuga is obviously designed for the caster among us with +25 Sta and +42 Int along with +2 Damage Spell Crit Chance but then they added +75 Heal Amount.

There is an item called the Signet of Thuuga that has +25 Sta, 36 Wis, and 25 Int. This item has +75 heal amount as well. This looks as though it is geared towards the healer. Why do both items have + to heal?

Did they mean to give the Bracelet +75 spell damage instead of +heal and it just got entered wrong? If they did not make a mistake I think it should be changed anyway. Why give 2 items with +heal and none with + to spell damage for the caster?

What is the cap for + spell damage? Is it a set cap for all spells or does it vary for each spell?

It varies for all spells. the cap is 50% of the average for the spell without any modifiers. Lets just say (hypothetically) ball of magma is 3K to 5K BASE. then the average is 4K, thus the BoE cap is 2K

I am totally hoping you are joking with your post, i woudl liek it to have the +spell damage so i could be closer to the cap, and have more freedom of swaping gear out for other benefits aka crit or soem type of proc. Unless ofcourse they are following the plan that RoK is the expansion of the druid, since 70% of all healer armor is leather why not make mage rewards have benfits to both healign and nuking woot Furys.

Stat was changed from +healing amount to +damage amount, it is on Test already.
