State of Queynos Guard

<p>It was a sad day for me last night.. I realised the Queynos Guard only yields 18.3% block ability at lvl 80. (This is with Hero AA). A treasured lvl 80 tower shield provides 21% block ability. </p><p>Would anyone here say, that the procs on the Queynos Guard is worth loosing roughly 3% block?</p>

No proc is going to help you as much as increasing your block by 3%.  Block > all on shields.

Now the real question of the day...Has anyone found a legendary shield that is not from a raid?Ive seen the green dragon shield, but thats from Sev, a x2 in Kunzar.I saw one for sale called Grim Defender or some such, appx 1306 rating, 3 defense, 3 parry, but no idea where it comes from.Ive yet to see a legendary tower or kite shield drop in CoA, Vaults, Maidens, Korocust, or Chelsith.Anyone?  Bueller?

there's a quest in Teren's Grasp that has you go into KC to kill Xalgoz that yields a nice tower shiled with the a similar graphic to B'Raeros' Defender.
