Anyone having problems with Fundraiser One: Apples Away?

I tried this quest with two different toons. I still can't complete it. I'll have the 3 Wild Apple Muffins and sometime 4 Wild Apple Muffins. When I click on the Deputy, I don't receive the update. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this another game bug from the crafting revamp back a several weeks ago?Please help.

I tried to do the Fundraiser Two version of this quest with the tailored hat and had the same problem. I got a quest ding when I made the hat but the NPC wouldn't take it and complete the quest...

I even did it with a toon that is a provisioner. Therefore, I should get the receipt but it didn't work for that toon either. Also, the receipt is level 9 so anyone should use it.

I did all four quests a few days ago.  They're bugged and have to be done in a certain order or you can't turn in the item.  For example, I was boxing an alt through the quest and he did the dagger quest last and couldn't turn it in.  You can try deleting the quest and transfering the item to you (via trade/mail) or buying it again off a broker, but odds are it's not going to work.  You can also try doing another of the four quests and after finishing it might let you turn in the apples away one.I /petitioned this a week ago and was told the devs aware and that nothing could be done so I deleted the quest on my alt.

for this questline the best thing to do is check out eq2traderscorner and check out the quest link. they have a complete walkthrough of getting around all the bugs and being able to complete these quests
