When you complete the Reforming Stormsunder quest to get access to CoD, Oluran tells you that the centaurs are grateful, blah blah blah, and then he says something to the effect of.."here, take this magical charm as a token of gratitude blah blah blah." But the only quest reward is some coin and access to CoD. I'm not sure if the quest once also gave a charm as a reward, but it no longer does. The dialogue should be edited to say, "here is some coin and you now have access to CoD" or something to that effect.
