City Tasks

Just out of curiosity, is it possible for city tasks to be completed by members of the opposing city?I'm trying to get a better understanding of what quests really are and aren't exclusive to their sides, and I have heard conflicting answers to this question.Thanks!

If you mean the writs, no.   If you are in Qeynos you cannot do the city tasks in Freeport and visa versa.However if you are in Neriak or Gorowyn, you can still do adventuring writs in Freeport but can only do Tradeskill tasks for your city.
