The Halfling on the Thundering Steppes dock that give the quests for the coffee cup, cup and saucer, ornate dinner plate, dinner plate and the stein...Will he go away after Frostfell is over?Or is he going to be a permanent part of the world?I can hope that he is going to be a permanent, but I doubt it?Dejenchri Seamstress

As far as I know he is permanent and not a Frostfell addition.

He will be permanent. Some of his purpose (other than cute awesome dishes) is to help clear out some nodes that no one wants and lessen the annoyance of cherry picking. Though I love the quests and I want them to stay, I don't think enough people are doing them on my server to make a difference.

Give people some time, most are off doing Frostfel and still exploring RoK. People will start drifting back to the older expansions soon enough.
