This may have already been addressed, though I dont see it on the list. But, I am paying the extra money every month for the Station Pass with all the bonus features for EQ2players, and all that. When I try to look up a character's alts, though, it tells me that I need a subscription to the advanced features to be able to do that. It was working, until a few weeks ago. I checked, and I'm up to date with my billing and all that. Is this a known problem, and can it be fixed?

Wysp O'Wyll

There's more information in this thread: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=398789However, no answer from SOE. I don't think we should expect one either. It seems a few people - myself included - are experiencing this problem too.

I had this problem last month... when I attempted to access guild chat, it said I neededt o upgrade to Player Access...I had been paying for it form the start and didnt receive a notice saying I needed to resubscribe....

Yesterday, I was on guild chat with no issues...talking to my guild members all day...this morning...I attempt to hit chat...and it says I need to upgrade...

the ONLY difference is that I went into my account...and I AM SUBSCRIBED TO STATION PLAYERS for $2.99 a month......

Someone needs to fix this ASAP...like 2 hours ago.

I am REALLY getting [Removed for Content] at SOE and their support staff....

Station Exchange stops working, auctions are lost for a while, won auctions result in not being able to pay, giving a strike on the account, sold auctions result in not receiving payment...

Me /petition a GM, as I am supposed to do, to have them remove what they call "ghost mail" from a character so that I can put it on the exchange...only to have it take them a week and a half to respond to tell me that I need to make sure I have no mail in my mailbox, that I have no XP Debt (being on a pvp server there is no xp debt) and that if that doesnt work, to petition a GM and have them remove ghost mail.....THEN have them close the ticket after a few back and forth responses saying that it was resolved....when it wasnt... I had to open a 2nd ticket and this one got an even worse response...apparently they decided I needed to understand that I could not transfer off a pvp server to a non pvp server AND that I couldnt transfer off of an Exchange server! Finally a month after my original petition..I get a response saying they will delete ghostmail...

For the past month, support has been giving people the run around....on so many issues...and now they break something else!

Way to Go SOE!!!

Add me to the list. Received an e-mail about a refund. Received the refund. Then December billing hits my account and it is off $1.06 (YeeHaw for Texas state tax). I take a look and the Advanced Guild Tools I'd had for 3 years now are unchecked.

WHAT'S UP SOE?

(and Wysp!)
