I gathered from those posts that it goes LIVE on the 29th so shouldn't it go to test a week or two in advance of that date?

This is an update they actually dont want us to "test" to much of. Its spent alot of time in QA for the real testing, so it doesn't get spoilered before it can make it to live. So its probably only going to get its min 2 weeks to test, which would be tonight. So the other stuff can be tested and people can't get that far through the quest lines. That being said, i personally think its fruitless to try this, people in this game are too good to not complete sections in a day never mind x weeks.

Considering the almost total lack of dev posts over the last couple days, i'm betting they are hitting crunch time and sweating bullets. With Epic's going in I would rather it not be posted to Test and be spoiled. I think it will mean alot more to those who figure it out first, and also make it a server race for WW and Server first's. I can't wait and will hopefully get at least the legendary reward within a reasonable time.

Will be interesting to see at this point if it comes to test before next tuesday. Seems like testing is going to get minimal at best testing. Domino has already stated the new faction recipes which were slated for GU42 are more than likely getting pushed to GU43. Mannequins and trophy cases for housing along with the epic weapon lines were also slated for GU42, hoping those actually make it in. Does anyone know of anything else that was supposed to be included in GU42?

Bascially you can place gear on the mannequins and place them in your house for display, think suits of armor type of thing.Trophy Cases were discussed in an interview with SOE where they said these cases would allow you to place items in them and then the case in your house for displaying weapons and other cool looking stuff. The appearance is supposed to be like the item sitting on a pedestal. In the interview they were slated for the January game update.

<p>The community, and at least one forum mod was under the impression that this was going to happen today... however, there is no mention of this in the Network Status Page. There is no set date as of yet. But again, people are assuming that it will be tomorrow, even that formerly mentioned forum mod. Personally, if I don't see anything in the network status page, I will not place my bids.</p><p>with that said, I say, let them take their time to test out this content. There was and is no testing period for the epics on the test server, so essentially there are less eyes to look over the content, which probably means that either they focus much more on QA (Quality Assurance) or we get a buggy program. My vote is still on letting them take their time and fix what needs to be fixed. That way when we come here and complain, we actually have a basis for complaints <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
