Please Help. Whch duo would be better with a Necroi

<span class="postbody">My friend is making a Necro and is dead set on it and I'm planning on making a character to duo with her. I already have a healer (Mystic) on the good side so I'd like to try something different and Assassin and Shadowknight are the two I'm most interested in (maybe Bruiser as well). Which of those would go better with a Necro Thanks</span>

<p>I have a high level necro and a high level ranger and I have duoed with quite a few different classes.  It all really depends on what you would like with your game play.  If you play the assassin it may hold you back a bit from doing things/and or killing higher level named.  If you play a shadowknight they work very well with a necro.  They are tanks, lifetap and can FD.  But in my opinion I think that an Illusionist is one of the best duo partners in the game.  I duoed at level 70 with my necro, before RoK came out all the EoF instances (not Unrest).  Illusionist work very well with a necro because they have crowd control and the main reason because they can STUN.  Not to mention all the other little things that an illusionist can do.  They can basically stun a mob multiple times and that mob can't even touch your pet during those times.  If someone knows how to play that class really well then the necro/illusion duo would be great.  Anyhow, just some thought!</p>
