Burynai Seeker feedback/plea

With the introduction of the Burynai Seeker pet with the RoK expansion, a number of old collection quests that for whatever reason never made it into the game suddenly became doable. However after a fix of the fertilizer bug and fixes for some items being given out that shouldn't have, <i>some</i> of the newly available collectibles are no longer being given out. This is very frustrating to have partially completed collections. Please tweak the burynai seeker pet to again start giving out collectibles from the solifugid, scarab, alliz raef ew scale, sphinx toes & feathers, nayad scale, sun & moon gem, desert ahket, wantia coins, and harpy & naga teeth collections.*edited to add Wantia coins to the list of items no longer being given out.

Wholeheartedly agree.  When the Seeker first came out and I turned in a few things I noticed these unique collections.  Having known SOE now for like 9 years, I also feared they were going to nerf it for some reason, so I tried to turn in as much fertilizer as I could to complete the collections.  Unfortunately, I only ended up with a handful of pieces and no completed collections.  Now they are unable to be completed.

how do you know they have been removed from the list? the burynai pulls items from EVERY collection in the game it seems. might just be having a bit of bad luck on finishing them.

Plus no new ones of the mentioned collections have appeared on my broker's server in weeks.  The "new" coin, terracotta chips, vultak claws, and regal butterfly collections still get dug up by the pet.

The simple fact is I haven't heard of anyone finding any of the lost collections since the change. I keep hoping for someone to prove me wrong.

So 69/1098 possible collectibles not getting handed out. That's a tad over 6%, or on average I should get one of those 69 collectibles every 17 feedings.I stated in a previous post that I had feed a seeker about 750 times, it's now exactly 750 since Dec 17th according to my logs, and there was probably 150-200 prior to that. I guess I've gotten the short end of the RNG stick more than 50 times...in a row.  /rolls eyes</blockquote>what I think they are saying is given the fact of the total number of objects - aka shinies in the game for a collection 750 feeds is not a valid number to come up with a decent theory, I believe that his number of an additional 900 is really on the low side, personally a statistical base line should be in the range of 7000-7500 before anything can be determined. Believe you need to factor in the number of items in a collection also for a valid statistical theory.

<p>Actually i'll agree that the little bugger has probably been nerfed and had that ability to give older collection quests removed.  </p><p>When I got my little Burynai pet and fed him I got alot of unique things.  I got a collectable item from Unrest and a treasured skull from the blue shinies collection quest that's probably in MMCC.  Now every time I feed him I get regular collection quest items (basilisk spikes, awakened amulets, moths, etc...) .  Have a feeling his little RNG received a super serious nerf and to get those items is a 1 and a million shot.  </p>
