During server transfer I was billed, got an error, wasnt transfered, and still haven't got money

<p>I wanted to transfer my character from the desolate Nektulos server to AB. I got a server error:</p><p>FAILED TO MOVE TO SERVER: Antonia Bayle(With Items)REASON: Service Violation (please review) or Generic Fail (may work later)</p><p>I was still billed even though the email said I wouldn't. My character wasn't moved. And there is absolutely no way to contact SOE besides these forums and emailing a bot on there server. Even then you occasionally get a completely unrelated and unhelpful response of "Items arent transferable between characters on different servers" response which was written by a mentally handicapped person or another bot.</p><p>This isn't the worst thing that could happen but it is aggrivating. Any actual support I could get would be nice. Thanks.</p>

<p>Well I chatted with a customer service rep...he basically said it takes a week or so for my money to come back and to give them another 50$ to attempt another transfer that might not fail. Great, thanks. That's customer service...</p>

Had the same thing happen to me and I am happy to say though the billing showed as PENDING in my account it never was processed and it went away in a week =)
