Illusion Form

Question;I lost my Illusion forms about 2 weeks ago. It seemed to happen after a patch. The spell shows up on the spell effects and the text states you change form, but I just shiver with that Purplish haze and stay the same Sarnak.Any thoughts on how to rectify? I kinda miss my laughing Skelly.Thanks

I have no issues with illusions. Maybe you have "Hide my illusion form" checked? Bring up "P" dialog and on Options tab you'll see it.

I've noticed my hide my illusion check box has been checked when I log in lately.  I set it off when I notice it, but when I log back in its set again.
