Need some help with playing...a Froglok

I want to make a Froglok Shadowknight (after betrayal etc.) because I'm wierd. I'm going to rp it as an undead froglok.Anyway, I wanted to get the SK community's opinion on Froglok racials for a Shadowknight. I'm going to make the character regardless, but I'd like to know how they stack up compared to other races. Also, which racial traditions do you think are more useful and high priority to grab first?

Other races will definately have some useful bonuses but you said you were going with a zombie froglok regardless (a Frombie?). Of those on offer probably valour in battle giving chance of double attack OR crit heal (most likely double attack since SK's are fighters).  Marr's blade (AOE) wouldn't hurt either  and spontaneous metamorphosis (increased health) is a no brainer.
