Cannot complete the "Venture in Deep" quest

I had both the venture in deep quest and the hold onto the phylactery quest at the completed stage.  when i talked to slythe it took the hold onto the phylactery quest but refused to complete the venture in deep quest.  I would like to complete it but i dont know how.  Any help would be greatly appreciated....<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

GM Vensid fixed the problem on my quest and auto-completed it for me, it turns out that when a fellow guildee shared quests to me he shared one that was out of order on the Slythe Npc.  Any that shares quests in ROK expansion need to be very careful on what they share, or they will have to wait till a GM can get to them to fix the issue.  Want to say THANK YOU to GM Vensid...<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
