Anyone have a completed compilation of Every T7 and T8 heroic instances?

as the title says, I'm interested in a list  of T7 and T8 heroic (1 group) instances. I see the solo list, but could not find a completed list of T7 and the new T8.Thanks <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

As the goal is to avoid orange mobs, recommended level for each zone is; <Highest mob level - 4 = your level>. Although to hold true to intended difficulty for the t7's you should give them all a try at least before you hit 71, even though Nizara ans SoF will both have orange cons at 70.Lastly, difficulty is of course subjective on all accounts, and are just my personal opinions on how difficult an average group could likely find them. If you play extremely casually you'll probably want to add 1 to the difficulty ratings, and if you raid fairly hardcore and run these with a group you play together often with you'll be subtracting from the difficulty rating instead. All zones can be run with 1 healer of any class in a well organized/decently geared group at intended level, but the 4/5's you may want to start with 2 healers if you & your group wouldn't consider themselves fairly hardcore. (Or if you don't know your groupmates/you got them off LFG) - Also note the t8 zones in general hit the tank for much larger spikes than t7 zones do/did, so keep that in the back of your mind.Hope this helps.
