Is there a way currently, and for the sake of keeping the conversation constructive, and if not should there by a way to build city faction through repeatable quest with cities of same alignment?In reviewing the repeat quests for Kelethin I noticed I could essentially build faction there but to finish it with the citizen quest I would get knocked to 5000 faction with Qeynos. The question is why? If these cities are allies, why would raising faction with one drop the other? With allied cities, at least, shouldnt it be possible through repeat quest to build ally faction with both and get the Call of Qeynos/ Kelethin or Overlord/Neriak?With the amazing faction work done in Rok I hope this is brought to the old cities sooner rather than later.
