Rotten Blast question and question on where to purchase scrolls!

<p>I have been checking the broker for the Adept 1 or even Apprentice 4 scroll, but it never there. In fact, the search never yields an results. Does this spell go any higher then apprentice 1? If so, it must either be very rare or in extemely high demand.</p><p>Also, is there a good place (NPC) to buy AP4 spell upgrades from?  I am level 25 and the necro trainer in Neriak only seems to carry Ap2 scrolls for the spells of my level ( and no rotten blast ). Is there another NPC somewhere, perhaps even Freeport, that has a better selection? Or at this level do scrolls have to be purchased from players? </p><p>Thanks for your input!</p>

<p>Hello again mate.</p><p> Heres a pasted quote from a thread about 4 or 5 below this one <img src="/smilies/69934afc394145350659cd7add244ca9.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>Spell upgrades work like this:Apprentice I - Basic version, given automatically (until level 50, after that you have to buy all your spells)Apprentice II - Bought from your class trainerApprentice III - Previously crafted, but since the crafting changes, I don't think they can be made anymoreApprentice IV - Crafted by players, can be bought/sold on the brokerAdept I - Drops in Treasure Chests, can be bought/sold on the brokerAdept II - Not in gameAdept III - Crafted by players using rare components, bought/sold on brokerMaster I - Drops in Exquisite and Ornate Chests, bought/sold on brokerMaster II - Every 10 levels, starting at 14, you can pick one of these for free from the skills offered. Look in the Character Development tab of your skills window (L, by default) to see your choices.You don't need to by the previous skills to upgrade (i.e. you don't have to get Apprentice IV to get Adept I). Most people upgrade to at least Apprentice IV or Adept I, and that will serve you perfectly well. Don't worry too much about Adept III/Master I until you get higher.</p>

<p>There are app2 scolls at the vendor in the cities.There are adept1 drops but most people probably just vendor them.Can always make an alt sage and make yourself the app4 or adept3.<a href="http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Rotten_Blast" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://eq2.wikia.com/wiki/Rotten_Blast</a>It's in the same line as all the Rot spells so it must upgrade.Might just have some lazy crafters on your server.</p>

North Freeport there is a mage trainer area. There is a necro trainer there in the library.

Leveling up my necro, it was hard or almost impossible to find spells on the broker. I had to get a guildie to make spells. So it could be that no one is just making them.
